The world will be increasingly technological and the power will be in companies with great STEM knowledge. The STEM Women Congress proposes for the first time a joint action plan among all the Institutions, organizations and companies that support the talent of women in the STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths). The objective is to achieve a world of equal opportunities between men and women so that women are also in the positions of power. This congress, ultimately, wants to encourage more women to opt for STEM careers.
