This year, the Children's Rights Film Series proposes us to reflect on what it means to enjoy well-being for the children of the city. In addition, as every year, this interesting cycle helps us to become aware of the rights of children, and positively assess the needs, expectations and shortcomings of children of all ages, so that they can enjoy a fuller life.
In the Children's Agenda, children ask to take care of life with the family from several angles: to create a team to end bullying, not to allow any kind of violence against children, to have more emotional help, support for a good use of screens, more free time to play, a child-friendly city, to participate in decisions that affect them, and to take care of life at school.
4 types of sessions
The Children's Rights Film Series is divided into 4 types of sessions depending on the type of audience it is aimed at:
- Sessions for educational centers.
- Sessions for families.
- Leisure sessions.
- Sessions for teenagers.
This cycle is an activity promoted by the Department for the Promotion of Children's Rights of the Barcelona City Council. Barcelona City Council with the collaboration of IMEB.
