Teatreneu

The Teatreneu opened its doors in 1988 and today it is one of the most popular theaters in Barcelona thanks to the innovative management of its programming: it is a multi-room theater with multiprogramming in which the public asks for the contents and determines the duration of the plays. With this system, the Teatreneu theater can offer more than 30 different shows a week. allowing you to program all kinds of performing arts: theater, improvisation, monologues, magic, dance, variety, music and family theater. Another of its characteristics is that in this theater in the Gràcia quarter the plays are of quality and at reasonable prices. Here you can find the first figures of the scene and the new emerging values. It is open every month and can offer more than 1,300 performances a year.

Xavier Fàbregas room

His name is a tribute to Xavier Fàbregas i Surroca (Barcelona 1931, Palermo 1985) recognized as the most important student of Catalan theater of the 20th century. This comfortable room, with a wide stage and excellent sound, has capacity for 360 people. It is technically equipped to accommodate large productions, and has air conditioning throughout the year and accesses adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Café Teatre room

Its careful decoration and the proximity of the audience to the stage, make this room a very special space. The stage is half-height and has chairs, not seats. Air conditioning throughout the year and adapted accesses.

Del Mig room

It is located on the first floor and is prepared for small-format performances. It has tables and chairs near the stage, bar service during performances, air conditioning throughout the year and adapted accesses.
