The Hospital of Santa Creu i Sant Pau is the oldest hospital in Spain. Its first headquarters was built six centuries ago and the second, the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site (now open to the public for its architectural value), at the beginning of the 20th century. The current headquarters began to be built in the year 2000 to adapt it to the new times.
