New Korean Film Series

Casa Asia and the Korean Cultural Center in Madrid presents a new film series in collaboration with Cinemes Girona. In the last twenty years the Korean cinema has consolidated its international presence and has earned recognition both at home and abroad. This is demonstrated by the success of the Korean film festivals and in commercial circuits. In this series will be shown some of the most important works of the directors who have contributed to the creation of a film industry with its own personality: Lee Jeong-Hyang Kim Tae-yong, Hong Sang-soo, Lee Joon-ik, Jang Joon -hwan, Park Hoon-jung, Yeon Sang-ho and Bong Joon-ho.
