Dramma buffo in three acts, libretto by Giovanni Ruffini based on the text by Angelo Anelli for the opera Ser Marcantonio Stefano Pavesi. The Première was on January 3rd, 1843 at the Theatre Italien in Paris and on January 19th, 1848 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. The last performance in the Liceu was on May 13th, 1986.
