New Year's Eve, The Chimes of New Year
This year, starting at 9:30 p.m., the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc will start working, and at 11:48 p.m. the impressive and exciting show will begin prior to the 12 chimes that will welcome 2023. The Groupe F company will be in charge of offering a show full of music and pyrotechnics, displaying a monumental scenery and based on the most spectacular technological innovation. This year-end show will be a homage to primitive art, accompanied by a soundtrack composed by Scott Gibbons (a regular collaborator of stage director Romeo Castellucci). The 12 minutes until midnight will be dedicated to different cultures, symbolized by masks that will appear in the air drawn by the flight of more than two hundred drones. After 12 chimes (the sky will light up with each chime), we will welcome 2023 with 12 spectacular minutes of fireworks.

Christmas time at Westfield la Maquinista shopping mall
Westfield La Maquinista celebrates Christmas with skating, workshops, live performances, raffles and a Clock House with Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men for the little ones. The Sant Andreu shopping center has also announced a special collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, which will present its new show CRYSTAL through raffles and a meet&greet.

Eighth edition of the film series For the Love of the Arts organized by the Filmoteca de Catalunya and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. For the Love of the Arts is composed this year of 45 films, among which we can see "Fitzcarraldo" by Werner Herzog, "Notre musique" by Jean-Luc Godard, "The Grand Budapest Hotel" by Wes Anderson, "Orphée" by Jean Cocteau or "Dersu Usala" by Akira Kurosawa.

Tribute to Queen at Torre Urquinaona (Unlimited Barcelona)
Candlelight is an exceptional experience that allows you to enjoy concerts by candlelight. These concerts are held in emblematic venues in Barcelona. On this occasion, world-famous songs such as We will rock you, Bohemian rhapsody or Another one bites the dust, merge with candlelight on the 20th floor of the Urquinaona Tower, a 360º urban viewpoint.
