The Apropa't festival is dedicated to all crafts and is aimed at families, adults and professionals in the sector. During the weekend of November 18 and 19, Poble Espanyol will host a wide range of activities aimed at lovers of craft culture and those curious to experiment in the world of crafts. The program will include demonstrations, audiovisual projections, art installations, performances, music and an extensive list of workshops designed for both children and adults. Apropa't has the support of the Generalitat, through the Consortium of Trade, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM), and with the collaboration of the Federation of Associations of Craftsmen of Catalonia (FAAOC).
General admission from 8,00 €. The workshops are paid separately from the entrance, the price is 12.00 € for children's workshops and 20.00 € for adult workshops.
Apropa't is organized in 3 themes
Apropa't festival is structured in three main themes:
- Between hands: allows direct interaction with craftsmanship, showcasing collective creations, living workshops and the preservation of local cultural heritage.
- Temporary Pleasure: highlights ephemeral art with installations and artistic projections, including works from the International Crafts Audiovisual Exhibition.
- Create x Create: offers hands-on learning experiences with expert artisans sharing techniques and knowledge.
In addition, the festival will include special shows, such as recycled instrument building workshops, glass blowing demonstrations and Spanish guitar concerts.
