The Gran Teatre del Liceu programs the first concerts to be held in the Hivernacle of the Ciutadella Park, after its reopening last December. This emblematic space of Barcelona, recently restored, will become the stage for four chamber concerts on April 26, 27 and 28 with members of the Orchestra and Choir of the Liceu.
This initiative, supported by the Institute of Culture of Barcelona, seeks to bring classical music closer to the public and make it more accessible with a unique experience in a historic and charming setting, promoting proximity to the spectator and with tickets at popular prices.
The event is part of the "Constelaciones" cycle, a series of chamber concerts devised by maestro Josep Pons that were born with the aim of giving visibility to the ensembles formed within the Symphony Orchestra of the Theater. Performed in small formats and short programs, these recitals offer an intimate sample of classical music.
Tickets for the concerts at the Hivernacle, with a seating capacity of 100 people, are already available on the theater's website and at the box office at a price of 3 euros.
