Concerts, exhibitions, conferences and cinema related to the world of Fado, a musical style that emerged from the atmosphere of the brothels, taverns and salons of the aristocracy and the most bohemian high bourgeoisie of Lisbon.

The integration of fado with theater during the second half of the 19th century consecrated it among the people and institutionalized it from the artistic point of view, urbanizing and transforming it. Thus it became a sort of permanent soundtrack of Lisbon life, of its daily life.
