Free concert of the outstanding American choir Gustavus Choir (Minnesota, USA). Next Saturday, January 21st, the public of Barcelona will be able to enjoy the only concert in the city of the Gustav Choir, a renowned institution in its country of origin. Since it was created in 1932 at Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, Minnesota), the Gustavus Choir has integrated its members through rigorous auditions. Rooted in its Lutheran choral heritage, the Gustavus Choir performs with excellence both sacred music of various periods and works by contemporary composers.
