Mas Ravetllat-Pla, one of the buildings of the Fundació Ramón Pla Armengol, houses one of the most valuable private furniture collections in the world. Made up of more than 800 pieces, especially Spanish furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries, it contains unique pieces. The architect of this impressive collection was the doctor Nuria Pla Monseny, daughter of the also doctor Ramon Pla, who together with his partner Joaquim Ravellat built the Mas Ravetllat-Pla, following the design created in 1930 by Adolf Florensa, an architect who moved in the noucentista classicism and who was influenced by the Chicago school.
The "Jazz&Soul Nights" series will allow you to get to know the furniture collection and enjoy concerts on very special evenings. The event begins with a one-hour guided tour of the Mas Ravetllat-Pla building and the collection, followed by a glass of cava and dinner, and then a Jazz&Soul concert performed by world-class musicians and ensembles.
You can choose from a vegetarian, gourmet, blues, soul or jazz menu.
Please note that access to the building is from the park surrounding the house.
