MATSURI is a typical Japanese festival held in summer; its version in Barcelona, (10th edition) allow us to know the traditional Japanese culture and the Japanese people who live in our city. In the event there will be demonstrations of typical dances (Bon Odori), live traditional music ("Taiko" drums) and Japanese painting; sale of articles and crafts from Japan; workshops for children (crafts and toys); typical Japanese food stalls, and other activities.

If you feel close to the culture of Japan or just want to enjoy two days of outdoor cultural activities, do not miss the Matsuri festival in Barcelona. You will find important Japanese artists that will help you to better know the art of dance and music of the country of the rising sun.
