Panoràmic is a festival that explores the relationship between the still image and the moving image. And it does so through photography, film and new disciplines that are expressed with images such as video, video installations, video games, mappings, photobooks and others. They also organize exhibitions, workshops, conferences, screenings and workshops. It is a singular and unique cultural proposal.
About the 2024 edition of the Panoràmic Festival
The Panoràmic Festival 2024 focuses this year on artistic projects that offer a critical review of recent history and reflect on the current geopolitical, economic and social situation. A situation characterized by increasing polarization and its effects on society. Among the topics they deal with are the situation of the elderly, gender issues, job insecurity, forced displacements, the impact of natural disasters and economic policies, territorial borders, the power of money, historical revision and the projection of new scenarios or historical dislocations.
The Panoràmic Festival takes place in Granollers (October 10), Barcelona (October 24) and Terrassa (November 14).
