Fourth edition of La Plaza Dibuja, a playful proposal for Barcelonians to invade Plaza Reial and draw it partially or totally. One of the objectives of the Setba Foundation, organizer of the event and whose headquarters is in this emblematic square of Barcelona, is to recover the Reial square for the people of the city.

The Plaza Dibuja is a free activity open to the public, with the support of the Barcelona City Council and the La Real Association, as well as the Banco de Sabadell Foundation and Royal Talens. And most interestingly, several spaces that normally are not accessible will be opened, to have different points of view on the plaza: The Philippines Club, the roofs of The Foundery and Kabul, and of course, of the Setba Foundation itself. In this way the cartoonists will have new perspectives of the square.

The Setba Foundation will provide a batch of drawing material to the participants, courtesy of Royal Talens (registration). There will be a children's tent, so that the children can draw their own air and take the artist inside, and a jazz band from the Liceu Conservatory will liven up the day musically.

One year more than 15 recognized Sketchers and 15 art students from schools of the district join the activity that also has a reward: the Setba Foundation organizes a contest with two prizes: better color drawing and better black and white drawing. From among all the drawings that are collected to participate in the contest, a selection will be exhibited at the Gòtic-Andreu Nin Library between May 30 and June 30, 2018.
