The Royal Artistic Circle of Barcelona (RCA) presents “Salvador Dalí. Poetic dreams under the gaze of Jacques Léonard”, an extraordinarily complete exhibition that compiles Dalí's illustrated work around two classic literary works: The Divine Comedy (1959-1963) by Dante Alighieri and Life is a Dream (1975) by Pedro Calderón de la Barca, that Dalí passed through the filter of surrealism. In addition, the exhibition includes a photographic sample of the prestigious photographer and filmmaker Jacques Léonard, which allows us to approach the less artificial and more everyday face of the genius from Empordà.
Rosa María Perales Piqueres is the curator of the exhibition and has the collaboration of the Jacques Léonard Family Archive.
