Apocalyptica is a Finnish symphonic metal group, characterized by using cellos (its four founding members are graduates of the Sibelius Academy of Classical Music). The band has just released their eighth studio album, "Shadowmaker" with the Nick Raskulinecz production. Since its formation in 1993 Apocalyptica has always created unpredictable musical projects. In this new album, the band has worked with Franky Perez as the sole vocalist. The Australian Tracer Band will be the guest group.
