Film director Juan Antonio Bayona will bring his cinematic universe to the Sala Gran del Liceu in a concert sponsored by CUPRA. The event, in honor of the premiere of his latest film, "The Snow Society," will offer the opportunity to experience the emotions of the iconic soundtracks of his films, including "The Orphanage", "The Impossible", "A Monster Comes to See Me", "Jurassic World" and "The Snow Society".
The music will be performed by the Orquesta Sinfónica del Vallès under the direction of maestro Fernando Velázquez and composer Michael Giacchino. In addition, the Madrigal Choir of Barcelona will join in the performance of the "Jurassic World" soundtrack. Bayona describes the event as a memorable evening that will rekindle the connection between the stories of his films and music in one of the world's most impressive venues, the Liceu. The concert will cover a wide range of emotions, from horror to thrills through film music.
