Few locals have seen different generations quite like the Dry Martini. This Eixample cocktail bar has been considered several times as the best bar in Spain, the third best gin bar in the world, and is among the 50 best in the world. For this reason, he has other brothers scattered throughout various countries. Led by bartender Javier de las Muelas, it opened more than 30 years ago, and then it only served the cocktail that gives it its name. In addition to the most typical cocktails, such as the negroni or the margarita, his menu is very extensive and Javier recreates new collections of cocktails with his own stamp.
It stands out for being a classic and elegant place, in English style, with a dark atmosphere full of wood that evokes the golden age of cocktail bars. The same place houses a curious restaurant inside, and the same firm has other bars spread out in different neighborhoods of the city.
