Around Sant Jordi
On April 23, the guided tours will be theme visits about San Jordi, to deepen the origins of the legend, and there will be a discount of 30%, both in the guided tour and audioguided. Exceptionally and with a supplement of € 2 per person, you will have the option of accessing the viewpoint of Punxa mayor, a privileged viewpoint with 360º views from which you can contemplate the sea, Barcelona skyline, Sagrada Familia, The Tibidabo, Montjuic and the Olympic stadium. And if you call yourself Jordi or Jordina (in any language) you can enjoy the free visit to the building.
On the day of Sant Jordi, from 10:00h to 20:00h, the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion celebrates an open day in which you will have access to a collection of books on modern and contemporary architecture, and at 12:00, to enjoy the concert organized in collaboration with the Conservatory of Liceu, by Duo Boulez: Andrea Talavera, violin and Paula Sánchez, cello with works by: JS BACH (Eisenach, 1685 - Leipzig, 1750) Inventions to two voices (selection 1, 4 , 6.8 (14); A. BCN Film Fest
From 21 to 28 April
New film festival in Barcelona that aims to establish a close relationship with the cultural and popular character of the feast of Sant Jordi. In this first edition, the most outstanding film is "Norman", a feature film by Joseph Cedar starring Richard Gere, who will inaugurate the Festival. Both Gere and Cedar will be present at the inauguration.
D’A – Festival Internacional de Cinema d’Autor

The D'A, whose prestige and reputation have continued to grow in Europe, has become one of the best festivals in the Mediterranean area during the spring. In this edition, 74 feature films and 14 short films (21 of debutantes directors) are presented, with more than 30 international awards. Focus section, focused on the talent of Mexican author Amat Escalante.

The ten projects brought together in this exhibition test new records, motives and formats to deepen social aspects that are hidden under the enormous amount of images produced and consumed daily.
