Congreso de Terapia y Meditación

The aim of this conference is to demonstrate the synergy between therapy and meditation. Examples of this relationship, we see that meditation reduces amygdala activity which reduces the fear, stress and anxiety. Segregation of cortisol, one of the major substances released under stress is also reduced. And according to another research from the National Science Foundation, practice three consecutive days of meditation for 20 minutes achieved significant relief of pain sensation during 24 hours a day.
