An event aimed at citizens, professionals in the sector and administrations whose objective is to find the best solutions for our homes, promoting maintenance and possible rehabilitation. The program includes presentations that will take place in CAATEEB (Col·legi d'Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers Edificació de Barcelona) and in other areas of Barcelona such as the Picasso Museum, in which debates on formulas that allow citizens to access a socially dignified, economically accessible and environmentally sustainable housing. Another idea that is to convey in this event is that maintaining and conserving our urban and architectural fabric properly, also allows to improve the coexistence and social cohesion of neighborhoods, towns and cities, creating jobs of proximity.

Rehabilitation Week starts on October 5, 2019 with a family workshop to discover the fascinating world of building rehabilitation. CAATEEB has organized an activity for children and their families to focus all their creativity on sustainable rehabilitation. With this, they also take the opportunity to celebrate two great events: the commemoration of the year of Joan Brossa (CAATEEB façade) and the celebration of the UN-Habitat world day.
The Rehabilitation Fair
Within the framework of the Rehabilitation Week, the Rehabilitation Fair is celebrated every two years. As this fair was held in 2018, the next edition will be in 2020. The Rehabilitation Fair is an informative space where companies and entities show attendees the solutions and the current great advances in the rehabilitation and maintenance of buildings. In this fair we find numerous activities to understand the benefits of rehabilitation, improve the quality of life, improve housing energy, improve accessibility ... participating and playing with the whole family.
