The Royal Hotels Barcelona hotel group has reopened its hotels, supported by a philosophy that seeks to offer security, tranquility and fun to guests. Those who stay in the hotels of the Royal group will notice it in the reception and in the experiences they have created for each type of client. With this new philosophy, which they have called "Easy Life by Royal Hotels", they are also committed to promoting the Barcelona brand and tourism in the city. To achieve this, they have created synergies with companies in the environment, which promote the sustainable economy and Km0.
As Àlex Puig, CEO of Royal Hotels Barcelona explains, “During these two months, we have been working to respond to the new stage that is facing us in our hotels. Easy Life arises from the hope that the guest will enjoy their stay again now that they need, more than ever, to have a time of disconnection". And the synergies with other companies will go as much for the benefit of the collaboration as for the clients. Here are some examples: the masks of the hotels team are made by designer Miriam Ponsa; guests will enjoy a welcome gin and tonic from Gin L'Arbre, gin from the family company Teichenné; and the historic perfumery of Barcelona, Perfumerías Regia, will endow the hotels with their perfumes.
The maximum protection and hygiene measures
The two hotels in the group, Royal Passeig de Gràcia and Royal Ramblas, have implemented the maximum protection and hygiene measures, adapted to the current exceptional situation. Let's see:
- Collaboration agreement with Quironsalud to provide 24/7 medical assistance to all guests who need it. This agreement consists of a free emergency telephone number in hotels with multilingual service at all times, and assistance by ambulance, if necessary, to be transferred to the Teknon medical center.
- Certified disinfection of all your facilities.
- Training of the team in prevention and detection of diseases.
- Availability of protection material for all clients.
- Check in / out through mobile application.
Services adapted to each type of guest
A few weeks ago, the Royal group already launched the campaign for the reunion of couples in love "Neither in your house nor in mine". The "Valientes" campaign is coming soon, a special offer for professionals who have performed essential work during quarantine; "Forever Young", for over 60 years; "Easy Business", for business trips; and two more campaigns: "Family Matters" for families, and another for millennials, "Rebels".
