A couple of weeks ago we launched, renewed, two important sections of our website: the events section and the home page. The events section had some problems that we have solved: in the general list the events that took place on several non-consecutive dates were repeated; now they only appear once. The other problem had to do with the section "Things to do in Barcelona today" that showed events that could not really be celebrated that day. This happened mostly in medium or long duration events. Also solved, and if the CCCB is closed on Monday its exhibitions will not be shown on Monday. As for home, now it is presented as a logical route to help visitors organize their trip to Barcelona. First the basics: where to stay, the first reservations to help us get to Barcelona from the airport (transfer) or to leave our car or motorcycle near the hotel or apartment booked (parking). Without forgetting the weather, When does it usually rain more in Barcelona? The next step in the route: how to get to Barcelona from the airports, how to get around the city ... then what can I visit? What events to attend? And finally the extras, do you want more experiences?

Now we go with the new content published until today:

It is understandable that on a trip we want to save the most money, and parking in Barcelona is not cheap, although there are parking options for days in the center of the city that have cheapened the parking cost. But now it's about totally free, where to park for free in Barcelona? Is it possible? ... Yes, it is. In some areas and spaces 24 hours a day and others in limited hours. Discover where, the pros and cons of each area, and other important aspects.

MAPFRE Foundation Casa Garriga Nogués de Barcelona organizes this exhibition about the work of one of the great masters of 20th century photography: Brassaï. Brassaï (pseudonym of Gyula Halász, 1899 - 1984), was one of the most outstanding members of the group of European and American photographers whose work between the two great wars contributed to redefining the identity of photography, enriching its potential as an artistic expression. His fascination with Paris, his light and his daily life made his photographs famous. This is the most complete exhibition of Brassaï organized to date. Every Monday (not holidays): Free admission.
