Thirteenth edition of the World Press Photo in CCCB, the exhibition of the photographs which have received this prestigious international award for photojournalism. The winning photograph this year is "A Murder in Turkey" by Turkish photographer Burhan Ozbilici. Three Spanish photographers have been awarded. Francis Pérez and Jaime Rojo have won the first and third prizes of the category Nature, and Santi Palacios the second place in the category General News.

Live Research Fair

In the framework of the 15th edition of the Live Research Fair, scientists from various centers in Catalonia will leave their laboratories to transfer part of their equipment to CosmoCaixa Barcelona. The aim is to bring science closer to citizens and to promote scientific vocations among young people.
