Brain Film Fest | International film festival about the brain
The last few months have taken their toll on our mental health, both individually and collectively. As the symptoms of the virus subside, we will still face the psychic consequences of the trauma, a Brain Crash. Through films, round tables and colloquia, the Brain Film Fest 2021 opens a reflection on mental health, its fragility and its challenges. A multidimensional look at a Brain Crash understood as a crack from which something new can sprout, and not as an irreparable earthquake.

¿Quién mató a Sherlock Holmes?
"¿Quién mató a Sherlock Holmes?" (Who killed Sherlock Holmes?) brings together established actors on stage who have been part of such important productions as "West Side Story", "Les Miserables", "Beauty and the Beast", "The Phantom of the Opera" or "Grease". This musical, where humor and mystery are mixed, and whose musical style is reminiscent of the purest Broadway, was conceived during the forties by the composer Iván Macías and the librettist Félix Amador, both creators of the musicals "El Médico" and "The pillars of the earth".

ECOSS. Ecosystems of the unexpected
This exhibition seeks to answer several questions about nature: what is it? Will we continue to recreate our environment according to our image of nature? How much of what we consider nature is actually a simple simulation?

The plays of the Almeria Teatre
The Almería proposes the concept of fringe theater, which defines theaters that seek to be outside the conventional circuits with very high quality proposals, but without renouncing the commercial sense. This space in the Gràcia neighborhood wants to reach as many viewers as possible by offering works that fulfill the double function of entertaining and inviting reflection.
