What the Foc is a gastronomic event to enjoy out doors that takes place in the Torrassa Park in Hospitalet de Llobregat. Everything revolves around the barbecue, or rather, barbecues because you will see that the charcoal will burn in many types of them. Organic and local products: meat, vegetables (it's calçots and artichokes season), fish and seafood. And if meat is not your thing, in addition to vegetables you will have other options such as veggie burgers. The chefs and their specialties are the basis of What the Foc. In this edition there will be 20 offering more than 40 different grilled food proposals, from the classic calçotada and carxofada, to Argentine and Asian barbecues, through the delicious creative proposals of fish and seasonal vegetables.

Music with AMEBA
The What The Foc is enlivened with live music. In this edition, Ameba (Associació de Música Electrònica de Barcelona) will be in charge of making us move our feet, even if it's under the table. AMEBA organizes events like Parkfest and will bring its sound system on a bicycle and photovoltaic solar panels to help make this festival not just a party but a sustainable party.
