Barcelona Design Week

The Barcelona Design Week (BDW), organized by BCD Barcelona Design Center, is an essential event on design, creativity and innovation, and one of the most important in the international calendar. The BDW is aimed at companies, entrepreneurs and professionals of the sector, but also the general public. This 12th edition will offer a 9-day program with more than 100 activities.
Summer nights at La Pedrera
From June 9 to September 9
New edition of "Summer Nights in La Pedrera" with visit to Espai Gaudí, concert and drink on the roof. In this edition we will be able to listen to the most representative talent of the young jazz made in Barcelona, combining it with figures representative of the jazz scene.
Matsuri Traditional Japanese Festival
10 and 11 June
MATSURI is a typical Japanese festival held in summer; its version in Barcelona, (5th edition) allow us to know the traditional Japanese culture and the Japanese people who live in our city 
Eat Street Barcelona
June 10
The new edition of Eat Street Barcelona anticipates the LGBT Pride party, and encourages chefs, DJs and the general public to express themselves through color. Eat Street wants to show its support for all forms of love and sexuality, and will feature extra doses of sparkles and color. The chefs have been commissioned to make rainbow dishes, to get the colors of the rainbow with natural and seasonal ingredients
Music in the parks
June 10
Although the full program of outdoor concerts that will be held during this summer has not yet been published, the Music in the Parks cycle opens next Saturday with the performance of The Hanfris Quartet (Barbershop band, a style of music a cappella) at the Parc de la Barceloneta (Passeig Maritim, 15) at 9:00 p.m.
Cinema Lliure a la Platja
From June 29 to August 3
"Cinema Lliure a la Platja" is a free sample of independent film projected on the beach of San Sebastian (next to the beach of Barceloneta). The program includes a selection of the best films released in recent months
