OVNI (Unidentified Video Observatory)

New edition of OVNI with the title "Way of return: Visions, silences, obscurities". This video exhibition proposes a psychic and reflective journey through the experience of death: the physical and the ego. This year's edition is more than the usual video program, CCCB and desorg.org present us with a step-by-step ritual, in which we can see visions (videos), texts, sounds and rituals, but also silences and shared obscurities 
Mecal (Barcelona International Short and Animation Film Festival)

Mecal, the International Festival of Short Films and Animation of Barcelona arrives in 2018 to its twentieth edition. In Mecal Pro more than 350 short films of great quality will be screened, from more than 40 different countries. In their parallel sections they will show us the already classic ones of the festival: Guest Country, Special Terror, Golden Shower (Special Sex), Catalan Talents and Spanish Talents; and also a space reserved for Short Videodance; to the Womart section, dedicated to the female universe and the Battle of programmers. The program will also include sessions of children's shortfilms.

This year, Kosmopolis, continuous programming has confirmed so far the session "Frankenstein in the anthropocene", with researchers Dehlia Hannah and Fernando Vidal, a conversation with Orhan Pamuk, Nobel Prize for Literature 2006, and the day "Travel in vignettes" , about travel literature through graphic fiction, with Jorge Carrión, Sagar, Pere Ortín, Mario Trigo and Peter Kuper.
Barcelona Beer Festival

Seventh edition of the Barcelona Beer Festival, the event for lovers of craft beer. The beers are presented in a large bar of more than 80 handles in which they rotate the 350 beers that are presented in this edition. You will also find stands that correspond to collaborations with other international festivals.
