Suburbia: Building the American Dream is an immersion into the concept of the idyllic home and its construction through popular culture and the entertainment industry. From the suburbs of the 19th century to the suburban sprawl of the 1950s, the exhibition offers an in-depth look at the social, political, and economic context that has fueled this phenomenon in the United States and beyond.

Comic Barcelona, May 3-5, offers a wide variety of activities and surprises with an outstanding roster of international artists. This year, it features a new section dedicated to science fiction and fantasy, along with notable exhibitions, such as the one dedicated to Ibáñez. The diverse programming includes meetings, concerts and contests, exploring the relationship between comics and animated film, and attracting all types of audiences to Fira Barcelona Montjuïc.

Great artists such as the Yoshida Brothers, Eddy Davis, Conal Fowkes, Doc Scalon Trio, the New Orleans Rag Trio, the Barcelona Swing Serenaders and Woody Allen and his clarinet have performed on the stage of the Viennese café Casa Fuster. The experience is accompanied by a dinner menu or varied appetizers plus a glass of champagne.

In this year's Barcelona Beer Festival there will be 40% Catalan beers, 30% national and 30% international. More than 100 breweries will participate. In addition to renowned stands, local gastronomy will be the protagonist in GastroShow, with pairings and zero kilometer restaurants. The Untappd application will offer details on the 400 beers, and a collection of beer NFTs will be presented with Gifme.Beer. The professional section, InnBrew, and the Barcelona Beer Challenge, which rewards the best craft beers, will enrich the festival experience.

The interaction between design, architecture and ethics triggers physiological reactions of well-being. Wellness architecture objectively analyzes how spaces affect emotions and abilities. The International Congress on Neuroeducation, aimed at educational professionals and enthusiasts, offers practical lectures and dialogues on the connection between health, wellness and environmentally friendly environments.

Dansa Metropolitana will fill theaters, civic centers, streets, squares and public spaces with dance. Dansa Metropolitana reaches its seventh edition with new proposals, shows and other activities.

B-Travel is a tourism fair aimed at both professionals and the general public. B-Travel is the largest trade fair event in Spain aimed at travelers where the main travel agencies, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators and tourism service companies are present.

The popular imagery of Barcelona takes to the streets of the old town of Barcelona. Giants, bigheaded, the Eagle.... Under the slogan "The people are in charge", the 29th edition of the festival commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution in Portugal, which overthrew the military dictatorship, with a special recital directed by Núria Piferrer 'Névoa'. Among the nearly 120 performances, highlights include the release of Borja Penalba's debut solo album, "Giróvag", and the celebration of Cesk Freixas' 20-year career with a concert alongside guest artists.

Guitar BCN is the most important venue festival in Barcelona. It offers an eclectic and cosmopolitan program with artists linked to the world of six strings. The festival kicks off with the brilliant Sole Giménez and culminates with a standout performance by renowned American band Toto on July 26 at Poble Espanyol.
